Negrito's are a relict population of HG in the forests of SE Asia, most of them were replaced by incoming rice farmers from China since abt 5.5 ka.
Genetically they are related to the Papua's and Australian Aboriginees, allthough I don't know whether they also have the same amount of Denisovan admixture.

They share a lot of physical traits with the Pygmies in the equatorial forests of Africa : small stature, dark skin, curly hair ..
There is however no genetic kinship whatsoever, most Pygmies have haplo B.
It seems like the looks of both groups converged due to natural selection by adaptation to living in a similar climate and environment.
