If you have not experienced cave hotels yet, then Cappadocia is the place to be. Famous dishes in Cappadocia are Menemen in Break Fast, Mercemek (Lentil), in soup, Testi Kebab in meat, Walnuts in dry fruit, Turkish Tea and Coffee in drinks.
