Once you get the coordinates, search for it on this site:

It provided me with some interesting information on my haplogroup.

However, I tried looking for R-Z43 but was unsuccessful in finding something specifically called that. Right now their tree is down for updates, but I think you might be able to get information from it when it comes back up (do a ctrl+f and search R-Z43). Nevertheless, I'm sure there's someone else on this forum that will be of better assistance than me.

That's unfortunate.

It's appears their haplogroup tree is still down as well. Maybe when it comes back up, it will give you more insight.

Z43 seems to be down of Z56. So you should be R1b-U52 Z56.
