R1b1b from Mongolia

Hi,

This is my first post here.

I knew I was R1b1 (P25) from 23andMe. Then I took the test for PH155 and it came back "A+ derived". So I guess that makes me R1b1b.

What is the deal with R1b1b of Mongolians?

Does anybody have any idea how R1b1b can end up in Western Mongolia?
