The raw data in the v5 is actually smaller than the v4, but you do get the updates as of now.

Do the updates include new relatives/change in DNA specificity?

Without those, I am not sure it makes sense. For Y-DNA, I am already whole genome tested.

Mostly Southern Italian.
Although labeled “Greek & Balkan,” no Greece map-scored
I guess: some Balkan component may reflect some Iapygian ancestry (Messapian–Daunian–Peucetian).
