That seems unlikely to me. Noah's flood is clearly inspired by the Mesopotamian deluge stories, from the Babylonian map of the world we know that Urartu / Ararat is one of the not so many places that's given a name in the map of the known world encircled by the sea, mount Ararat was the highest mountain known by the Mesopotamians, and that's why in the Bible story the ark ended up there, because they chose the highest possible known mountain to underline the fact that the sea covered even the highest peaks, since the Bible says the waters covered the mountains fifteen cubits deep.
