Source for the eupedia Y haplogroups maps?

I love the maps with the sub-types of haplogroups by countries, it is very interesting, but I would like to know the source for country information.

I have used all the academic studies published to date + data from some FTDNA projects.

I started listed the papers in the sources here, but I did gave up as it was time consuming and didn't feel worth doing.
