Albanian sea borders with Italy are resolved in an amicable way. It remains with Montenegro.
Albania is close to open an inland oilfield with 1 billion barrels light oil capacity. The only thing remains to be proven is if the oilfield really has 1 billion barrels. It will take another year when we will know for sure, Shell is working hard.
Political situation in Albania is not as bad as it looks from outside. Albanians do not fight each other no matter how bad it gets. President Meta you are mentioning is a corrupt, open thief, who remaking of justice system has alarmed him, since his judge friends are fired for not justifying their wealth.
Albania is not an important country in European scale, so no matter what happens, we always some European power will dictate what to do, and not do. Albania's friendship with Turkey is important, because Turkey is a regional power, we have no known problems wit them, and they are becoming investors

Albania is on a strange situation for election of local authorities,
Let her solve this first, if a war will happen there will be only civil war,
by NATO Greece and Italy are the protectors of Albania airspace, not Turkey.
Albanian borders and airspace are controled primary by Italy, and secondary by Greece,
you have already seen Italian F35 and Greek F16 above Albania.

the Albanian-Greek sea law was agreed in past via the solution of middle, and edge boundaries,
but the agreement was canceled by Albanian high court,

2nd is the gulf zones and midle-half and distance, which is next to be discussed

I don't disagree with you and have long argued the same thing. I have stated some points regarding European Energy policy, NATO and Russia in the past. Whatever one thinks of Trump the person, and I am not fan of him, on many policy initiatives I agree with him. It is a documented fact that Trump ripped Merkel regarding her countries NATO spending and other member states to defend against Putin yet Merkel and some other EU beaurecrats were pushing for more integration with Russia for energy supplies. On that point he was and remains 100% correct.

Energy pipelines from Southern Europe makes sense. Greece is now one of the most compliant NATO allies in terms of GDP spending on shared NATO defense, I think hitting > 3% of GDP. So energy pipelines connecting for LNG natural gas and direct pipelines from Middle East sources makes sense given Greece's commitment to NATO. Italy, a founding member of NATO has provided the USA with strategic Ports in Naples and air command and control bases in Sicily to support its NAVAL presence in the Mediterranean. So Italy as well can be linked up with LNG terminals and pipelines from the Middle east and Libya (North Africa as well). Similar to Greece, Italy is a stable NATO ally and the USA has a large presence there (I think Italy has the 3rd most USA personnel stationed there after the UK and Germany) which can secure those energy sources.

Spain and Portugal is already connected to West African energy sources with the Maghreb_Euro Pipeline. Disputes between Algeria and Morocco have impacted some of the supply routes. That main pipeline has one main route into Western Sicily which runs up the Italian mainland all the way to NE Italy, another route runs straight to Sardinia linking back up in Central Italy with main route that started in Western Sicily and yet another route runs into Libya to access energy there and runs to South East Sicily near Gela and connects again with the main route in Sicily.

The Maghreb_Euro route can be further developed. It would help those economies in North and West Africa. EU countries should can start treating those countries as economic partners. It is a win win for everyone. Europe breaks dependency on Russia and Putin. Those economies in North and West Africa are strengthened which could stabilize the political and economic situations in those regions.
