Maciamo, unless I misread your post, I don't believe you mentioned caffeine, which is found in chocolate. It sounds like you are very sensitive to ANY stimulant, so that could explain why chocolate and aspirin, both of which contain caffeine, would have such an effect on you. But like I said, maybe you did list it and I missed it! :-)
