Deist with a little bit of Animist.
But I'll believe in the first God that comes down and hands me his business card :-)

...Islam...

cheers^^

I believe in God, but I don't have a religion that I believe in. Does that make sense?

I have never read a bible of any kind, which makes it hard for me to understand what religions are for people. I don't have a deep understanding of them to know how beautiful and important they could be. Although, I am very much interested in how people practice their religions, it seems like a huge part of certain people's lives, with either positive or negative effects.

Having seen many cults in Japan and a negative energy(or, overly positive sometimes) that I get from some people who are religious, which are just pure weird to me, kind of interest me within their psychological aspects.

I put no religion beacuse i didn't see atheist at first but i do now so i change mine.

...Wicca is my religion.

hmm.. I had a Russian Orthodox upbringing, but me and my brother, we couldn't stop laughing at what the priests were chanting every time we were in church.
and after my mom performed an orthodox exorsism (trust me, you should try it, it'll make you cry from laughter. :D ) i just couldn't hack it anymore, so i quit.

Organised religion in general sucks cause it tries to create a stereotype, and i doubt you wanna be one of those.

I voted on Atheism, but in a way thats right and in a way its not. You see I'm a nocturnal neo-pagan, and in that we have the belief of the universe itself being what we were born of but we worship various deities(in a way) as to get a certain link, or certain aspect to the universe that we are trying to connect with on. But, eh, more or less its a combo of allot of different beliefs.

I guess I should call myself agnostic since I think there might be a God but if it's the case he would be so far from our understanding that it doesn't matter, I don't believe he would have any interaction with earth and therefore it's useless to believe in one. The sacred books in my opinion were written by humans with no influence from above they just created a social order and moral and also a way to justify and explain the unknown, the latter part is now absurd with the progress made by science but the former is still true since even the most secular countries have morals based on religion. I try to respect other people's belief as much as possible but I can't help but be annoyed by the ones who have blind faith and refuse to see reality although I don't express it (black metal serves that purpose to a limited extent though)

I was born Catholic, but lately many things have happened to me in the last year that have started me to further my beliefs in only God and not the religion created to surround him.

Catholicism, or as Eddie Izzard would say, the teachings of Cathol, have done absolutely nothing for me my entire life.

I believe in God, and have the good sense to know that other people around the world have their own God/s.

That's good enough for me.

Hmmm...I'm going to vote for Catholic, even though I switched to Atheist a few years ago...

I qualify for Deism and Pantheism (they're not mutually exclusive), but I put Pantheism. Surprised more people didn't go for those. :souka: What can I say, I'm unique.

I think im athiest but i still do that buddhist stuff with my family (Incents and stuff) even though i dont really believe in it.

No religion, Atheist.
My mother always tried to raise me like a catholic (like most people here), but my father (also an Atheist) didn?t let, he said that I would be what I wanted to. He used to say somethings like 'go to the church only if you want' and all those things.

In time, seeing human history, seeing different stories, explanations, etc I clearly saw that my father was right.

I am a dyed in the wool, Bible thumping, halleluia chorus, Born Again Christian. Although I am politically very liberal. (I believe in social and economic justice.) I vote Democrat.

I took Satori's poll and I came out Quaker (100%)!!! I scored only 93% Mainline-Conservative Christian Protestant

Short statement of belief off the top of my head: I believe in an all powerful, all knowing rightous God. I believe that man is sinful by nature and needs a savior. That salvation comes from belief in and acceptance of the life and sacrifice of Jesus, who was and is God in human flesh. The Bible is the inspired word of God.

I believe in a Heliocentric solar system. Chocolate is good for you. The Dodgers will win a World Series one day. The Grand Canyon is a beautiful hole in the ground. Halle Berry is gorgeous.

I understand that proslytising and evangelism upset some and sours others and that Christians may not have the best reputation in many circles. Lucky for me, that it is God's job to save you and not mine. (I am becomming more and more Calvanistic as I study. God is the absolute author and finisher of my faith, so I can't even boast of that.) I'd like everyone to believe as I do, and if you are offended by the "salvation" message- I think that's ok, too. God probably considers it a good challenge.

I don't really have a religion..cuz I still haven't taken the time to learn about them..I know its ignorant, but now I'm trying to learn about them...I do believe in God, but I just haven't decided on a religion...

I am no religious person, I would say that I am my own God....as some in this forum have noticed I believe in existentialist philosophy (free will, and responsible for own actions). :-)
