Why the name Greco-Anatolian?

Who decided this? isn't obvious its middle eastern that came mostly from christians emigrants? there is nothing that makes it greek other than the fact that it settled in greek lands. its an invasive haplogroup because of the roman empire.

that means, 1500 years before christians existed, and more than 1000 years before the romans were even heard of.
