Y-DNA haplogroups in Early Medieval Poland

I made a map of Y-DNA haplogroups in Early Medieval Poland, compared to modern Poland:

What could be the story of those two O samples? They must be the result of a very recent admixture.

Looking at the Medieval Polish samples, they had more R1a and E1b and less R1b, I1 and N. I think this largely equals more German and Baltic admixture in moderns, pretty much - if the numbers are representative.
