Genomic sequence data from Neolithic and Epipaleolithic individuals from NW Africa.

The autosomal readings are normal, that does not mean the dates are correct. I threw the scaled coordinates into a neolithic model I made for southern half of Europe and the reads clean, the fit is not great. Whoever these R1b people are, whether modern or ancient, they are autosomally locals.

According to an AG user at least the sample oub002 is contaminated and probably a female. I don’t know about the other two though.
 
So if I have it correctly, you were able to estimate coordinates on these samples? IS this Dodecad12B, Euro K13, G25, etc?

The coordinates were posted in AG a week ago. Someone emailed Davidski. They score zero Corded or Yamnaya and pick up mostly local neolithic ancestry. The time frame is still questionable if any of those R1b are L-151, but they are locals in admixture.

Correct, G25s, if they were not G25s, the test I ran would been complete gibberish.

So to be clear, we are talking about G25 Simulated (i.e. G25s). I ran your coordinates against the published ancient North African samples that have coordinates in G25 and get some close results with several of them. I didn't do enough digging but some are not so close but I would expect that would be the older Taforalt samples, may take a look in more detail when I am home.

These are real G25s from Eurogenes, someone sent a request to Daviski when the raw data became available. He is pretty fast, within 3 days of the data getting published the G25s become available.
