It seems a colony that the least there are Greeks and Romans. Women from northern Celtiberian, Basque, Carthaginian men, southern Italy and Gauls or Celts. Perhaps he would have been led by Greeks but I think rather than by men of his trust, it was very dangerous to live in this type of colonies. In Roman times it was different once the entire territory was conquered after 200 years. But in Greek times I think a lasting stay of Greeks would come there would not have occurred. Once all the gear was assembled, they would not take the risk and delegate to trusted men with other origins.
I can understand a little the colony system that would be formed by inhabitants of different origins, captured or obtained by exchanges or captured non-native people who did not endanger the colony itself by not having blood ties with the natives abroad. In the colony they would be heavily protected in a walled city to protect themselves from local natives and control their contacts for commercial reasons since local natives would be a constant threat and the colony would be like a cyst in their territory to the minimum that they could end them . I think it would be a constant stress this type of colonies with the natives always lurking especially at night.
