I don't see how anything I said could be remotely construed as racist.

The Russians (now American Citizens) i know personally are Slavic and consider themselves 100% Ethnic European. So i would say if they are genetically mostly Slavic then they are European.

However is a North American White Person American of European Colonial stock considered "European"?
