Im from Ordu all of my Grandparents are from Ordu but only my Grandmother (mother side) is from Trabzon

Iranian/Caucasian in 23andMe is genetic group where the populations included are close to each other. It is mostly based on ancient populations from this region, like CHG/Iranian farmers.

I for example get about 99% Iranian/Caucasian/Mesopotamian in 23andMe.
