Samuel Stalnaker - probably not that famous, but an interesting story and his survival helped to bring E-V13 to the US population, because early immigrants can leave quite some descendents, which is particularly noticeable if in the US an unsual spelling of the surname was used, which being never used again later, by later immigrants - like it can be documented for some German surnames:

On one hand, I know Maciamo would not have updated the famous people page regarding such a figure as Skenderbeg without a good source. While at the same time V13 being one of the likeliest clades.
But on the other hand, I have extensively researched the topic, even finding updated family trees out of which almost no male descendants appeared, and of the ones that appeared, they ignored contact emails as far as I am aware.

One was a noble house in Napoli, the other was another noble house in Italy.

Really curious to see the source now.

See here, my wifes uncle, "mother's brother",his mothers father is direct Descendant of Skanderberg, i could ask if they have any male relatives from that side of the family

If true, then this will make Skanderbeg related to Frasheri brothers through their shared subclade somewhere in antiquity.
