future paper: ( but files are out)
someone at twitter looked at the files:

Islamic Ibiza 950-1150ad ( unsurprisingly e-m81 dominates)

location:

y str from northern portugal 252 samples :
i looked at the haplotypes put them in nevgen ( of course better snp testing than y-str prediction
but that is what we got here)

Germanics with apparently only Y-EV13 haplos would be very surprising - or it would be some kind of Wisigoths mixed in central-east Europe before reaching Iberia, of a small clans with strong familial ties?

i assume from one of the sites here:

p.s
there are also 2 individuals under e-m78: SQ8893p, RAY3024p
likely RAY1005p individual come from the 18th century site of Les Rayettes

from where samples were taken :

p.s
it is fascinating that in the autosomal he can be modeled as -Conq_Asia_Core-14%
so the genetic signature of the mighty Magyars was still present in his genome
many years after they conquered Hungary

an e-m81 case individual C11078 from (650–900 CE) early medieval England

location of the site in oxfordshire:

1777638179628.png

source:

p.s
the cool picture is from twitter lol;)
if i would have to explain it individual C11078 might be a descendants of some roman auxiliary soldier by his paternal line
contrary to the e-m81 case STRAZ_I_37 from southern Germany
here the southern elements have been diluted
and this individual autosomal speaking was northwest European from head to toe
