I made a long list for the country frequencies some time ago and actually E-V13:
The main problem with the FTDNA numbers is the disproportiate number of Ashkenazi Jewish testers in some countries (especially those in orange) which sometimes completely skews the results. AJ have only one bigger E-V13 founder lineage, presumably from a Medieval European convert in Central Europe (E-BY77657). Because of that, any higher proportion of Jewish testers by country will usually decrease the frequency of E-V13 significantly, which is most notably for Romania, Hungary and Ukraine, which has way higher frequencies for the local ethnicity.
As you can see, a variety of Near Eastern states seem to have relatively higher levels of E-V13, including Qatar, Syria and Lebanon - just based on the FTDNA testing population of course, which might be not just skewed by Ashkenazi testers, but also by other ethnic, social or stochastic biases.
What's even more interesting however, is which branches of E-V13 are predominant in the Near Easterners. In the Arab world its a total dominance of the main South Thracian branch of E-BY5022. E-BY5022 is in no European country the dominant branch, but at least relatively in nearly all Arab speaking ones (usually 25 % and more, in some countries even absolutely dominant).
